BTShow invites professionals who want to send their content proposals for the topics described in the link above (download model template), for analysis by our curation team, according to the rules described below:

Rules for submitting your proposal

Title (Up to 15 words or 85 characters with spaces)

Synopsis of your lecture (Up to 1500 characters, check the “Guidelines for the Author” below)

PDF of the lecture, if you want to include images

Your summary resume (Up to 1200 characters)

Your photo (size 500 x 500px)

How to write a good synopsis of your talk? Use these simple and practical tips:

Be concise and objective in writing;

Emphasize the main subject, its importance, the state of the art, innovative aspects, applications with a view to business and users;

Follow the normative standards of the Portuguese language;

Do not send proposals of a commercial or promotional nature as they will not be considered;

Before submitting, carefully review all information. After sending, the material cannot be edited by the proponent. BTShow, however, reserves the right to summarize and adapt the original text, without prior consultation, for the purpose of publicizing the lecture.

Proposal approval criteria

Proposals will be evaluated by a BTShow Technical Council for approval of the lectures most in line with the objective of the

Congress. If your lecture has been approved by the Board, however it is not possible to participate in the Congress due to lack of space on the panels, there will be an opportunity to present at the BTShow regional meetings.

BTShow does not cover tickets, accommodation or other expenses. These expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Important: Companies that have representatives at the BTShow Congress with approved proposals must purchase 5 (five) Full Passes for the Congress as an integral part of the approval, for distribution according to their interest.

As a reference, the value of each Full Pass will be announced in the first marketing stage.
